Cancellation & Refunds Policy

Subscription cancellation
You can cancel your Agent Membership subscription at any time from the Billing page. Cancelling stops future renewal — you keep full access to the app, CRM and quotation engine until the end of the period you've already paid for. There is no partial or prorated refund for the remaining days of a cancelled period.
Credits are non-refundable
Credits are a separate, pay-as-you-go currency used to unlock leads. Once purchased, credits are non-refundable — whether or not they have been used to unlock a lead. Credits do not expire.
Billing issues
If you believe you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge or a technical fault), contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference and we'll investigate.
