Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Crmqoo, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility
Crmqoo is intended for licensed agents operating in the Takaful, insurance, unit trust and real estate/property industries. You are responsible for holding any license required to contact and advise the leads you unlock.
Subscription & credits
Access to the app, CRM and quotation engine requires an active monthly subscription. Credits are a separate, pay-as-you-go currency used only to unlock leads and do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once used to unlock a lead.
Lead accuracy disclaimer
Income tiers are self-reported by leads through our advertising forms and may not reflect actual income. We do not guarantee lead response rates, the accuracy of lead information, or any conversion outcomes.
Fair use
Unlocks are limited to 2 leads per transaction with a 24-hour cooldown, to keep the lead pool fair for all agents. Attempting to circumvent this limit may result in account suspension.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse lead information.
Limitation of liability
Crmqoo is a lead marketplace and is not affiliated with any insurance, Takaful, unit trust or property operator. We are not liable for outcomes of any transaction between an agent and a lead.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
