Who you are agreeing with
Crmqoo is a trading name of MENTIX SDN. BHD. (Registration No. 1664601-P), a company incorporated in Malaysia. That company provides this service and is the party you contract with. You accept these terms when you create an account. If you do not agree to them, do not create an account or use the service.
Eligibility and your licence
Crmqoo is for licensed agents operating in the Takaful, insurance, unit trust and real estate/property industries. By creating an account you confirm that you currently hold every licence, registration or agency appointment your work requires, that it is valid and in good standing, and that you will tell us immediately if that stops being true. Using the service without one is a breach of these terms and grounds for us to close your account.
You act for yourself, not for us
You act for your own company. You are not our employee, agent or representative, and we do not supervise, verify or vouch for your licensing, your advice or your conduct. Anything you tell a lead, and any policy or certificate they go on to buy, is between you, that lead and your own company.
Subscription & credits
Access to the app, CRM and quotation engine requires an active monthly subscription. Credits are a separate, pay-as-you-go currency used only to unlock leads and do not expire. Credits are non-refundable once purchased, whether or not they have been used to unlock a lead. See our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for details.
Lead accuracy disclaimer
Income tiers are self-reported by leads through our advertising forms and may not reflect actual income. We do not guarantee lead response rates, the accuracy of lead information, or any conversion outcomes.
Lead data and your responsibilities
A lead you unlock is a real person's personal information: their name, phone number, email, income band, and health information such as smoking status. They gave it to us on the understanding that it would be passed to one licensed agent so that agent could prepare a quote. From the moment you unlock a lead, you hold that information in your own right and are responsible for it under Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010, independently of us. You must keep it secure and must not store or send it anywhere that leaves it accessible to people who should not see it.
How you may use lead data
You may use lead information only to contact that lead and to prepare and discuss a quote with them. You may not sell it, share it with another agent, upload it to any third-party service, add it to a mailing list or database unrelated to that quote, or use it for any purpose the lead did not agree to. This applies for as long as you hold the information, including after your subscription ends.
Requests from leads, and incidents
If a lead asks you to stop contacting them or to delete their information, you must do so, and tell us at [email protected] so we can remove them from our pool as well. If lead information you hold is lost, exposed, or accessed by anyone who should not have it, you must tell us within 24 hours of becoming aware of it. Both obligations survive the closure of your account.
Unlock limits and levels
How many leads you can unlock is set by your Level. Agents start at Level 1 with one lead per day, and can reach up to three per day at the highest level. Your level is reviewed weekly, based on how consistently you work the leads you have already unlocked. These limits exist to keep the lead pool fair for every agent, and attempting to circumvent them may result in account suspension.
Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse lead information, and we may do so without notice where lead data has been misused.
Limitation of liability
Crmqoo is a lead marketplace and is not affiliated with any insurance, Takaful, unit trust or property operator. We are not liable for outcomes of any transaction between an agent and a lead.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
